Welcome to A Runner’s Fuel! I’m happy you’re here. My name is Christina. I’m currently a high school student residing in Singapore and attending Singapore American School. I started this blog as a side hobby alongside my instagram account, @a.runners.fuel .
I’m obsessed with food. If you look through my baby photos at least half of them will be me staring intently at food. Till this day, I daydream about food. My facebook and instagram accounts are filled with food posts. I like to watch youtube videos about cooking and nutrition. I’m very curious, and constantly looking for new recipes to experiment or new foods to try. Let’s just say food is not only a necessity, it’s also a huge part of my life.
I also love sports. I’ve participated in multiple sports throughout my lifetime, including swimming, basketball, soccer, and running. Currently, I’m part of my high school varsity cross country and track and field team.
I love food and fitness, so I decided to create this blog (and my instagram) to share my own experiences and endeavours in the kitchen and also as a student-athlete. As a runner and a student, it is very crucial to nourish my body properly so that I am consistently able to perform at my best, both mentally and physically. I would like to help develop recipes and tips for the student athlete or anyone looking to eating more healthily. I want to create wholesome, nutritious, and delicious recipes to nourish the heart, body, and the soul.
I hope that be creating and sharing recipes, running tips, and just some of my own experiences with food and in life.
Most of all, this is my passion, and I would like to share a bit of it with you.
